Frankincense for Fitness
Frankincense is a very versatile oil, and has been used dating back to antiquity…While Frankincense is a new comer to the fitness world, it has many useful properties such as providing feelings of calmness when overwhelmed, breathing easier while working out and helping to rejuvenate wrinkles and age spots on the skin. Frankincense can be applied topically, diffused or ingested as one of Young Living’s Vitality Oils. In addition to the uses stated above, Frankincense can also help maintain a healthy mouth and gums after brushing! It's by far my favorite essential oil, and I use it multiple times a day!
