Let's walk through a day in the life of an oiler using your new premium starter kit…
6:00 AM: Energize & Detox
Add 1 drop of Lemon and Peppermint to a veggie capsule to help the body's natural detoxification process, help energize you and get your body going for the day.
6:30 AM: Pre-Workout
Apply diluted RC to your chest to open up your respiratory channels to help you perform better.
8:00 AM: Post-Workout Soreness
Apply diluted PanAway to sore muscles and joints. Or, put 1 drop of Copaiba into a veggie capsule to help soothe muscles.
9:00 AM: Fresh Laundry
Add 2 drops Purification to laundry drum and/or 2 drops Lavender to wool dryer balls.
12:00 PM: Natural Cleaning
Use Thieves Household Cleaner to clean & disinfect counter tops, tubs, plastic toys, even floors. Use Lemon to remove sticky residue.
2:00 PM: Feeling Overwhelmed
Apply Lavender, Peace & Calming I/II or Valor I/II to inner wrists and behind ears.
3:30 PM: Mid-Day Slump
Add a drop of Citrus Fresh to your water to re-energize you.
6:00 PM: Cook Dinner
Try Lemon on fish, Black Pepper on chicken, Rosemary on roasted potatoes. Try oils like Basil, Thyme, or Oregano instead of fresh or dried herbs. Endless possibilities!
6:30 PM: Stinky House
Diffuse Purification to get rid of the smells from cooking dinner.
7:30 PM: Ate Too Much?
1 drop of DiGize under tongue, 3-4 drops DiGize in a veggie capsule, or make Giner Tea with 2 drops Ginger + 2 drops Lemon + honey to taste + warm water.
8:00 PM: Immune Boost
Drink a mug of Thieves Tea with 1 drop Thieves + 2 drops Lemon + honey to taste + warm water.
9:00 PM: Wind Down & Bedtime
Diffuse 4 drops Lavender + 4 drops Cedarwood. Apply Lavender to wrists, temples and pillow. Add 1 drop Frankincense to moisturizer to keep face firm and spot treat occasional blemishes with 1 drop of Purification.
11:00 PM: Loud Sleeping Partner?
Apply 1 drop Valor I/II to each big toe. Really!
